City Government
Kulm's City Government is made up of five city council members and the mayor. Mayoral and City Council terms are 4 years. The next election will be in 2028.
Current Council members:
- Joshua Gackle, serving since 2016, up for reelection in 2028
- Ben Pesek, serving since 2020, up for reelection in 2028
- Zeb Mahin, Mayor, serving on council since 2016, as mayor since 2026, up for reelection in 2030
- Layton Johnson, serving since 2018, up for reelection in 2026
- Cole Berntson, serving since 2026, up for reelection in 2030
